Historical reminder…
Formerly, Paracol was a village located on the hill overhanging the valley. It was left by its inhabitants who wished to settle in the valley, probably in order to be closer to the cultivable land and the communications. By settling in the valley, the inhabitants created the present-day village named « Le Val ».

In the heart of Green Provence, Le Val, a typical medieval village laden with history, takes you to the bends of its narrow alleyways and make you feel assailed by a deep serenity. The sound of its 16 fontains lulls you all the way through your walks and guides you right to the old wash house.
By its special geographical location, Le Val allows you to go up and down all over Provence.
From Gorges du Verdon to the Toulon roads, from Saint-Tropez to Sainte-Baume, Le Val will always be your rallying point.

Our traditional Provençal lovely house provides a home for the “Terrasses de Paracol” cottage.
You will find here all the ingredients necessary to have pleasant times with your family or in tête à tête.
For the comforts of our guests, we remind you that smoking and animals are forbidden in the cottage.

Our cottage can welcome 4 people. It comprises 2 separate rooms, a completely fitted kitchen and a bathroom. You will also appreciate the satellite television and the WIFI computer access.

You will certainly be delighted to end your walks, your cooking courses or other numerous activities, in our nice swimming-pool which dominates the valley and the famous Var vineyards.

So that you can enjoy the mild Provençal evenings, you will have the opportunity to have your weekend dinners in the “Terrasses de Paracol » either in your cottage or together with your hosts.
